How to come with your hair

As Julie does cut dry, we ask that you come with your hair in its natural state and be down, completely dry, and detangled. If you come in with your curls matted or severely tanged/knotted requiring Julie to detangle your hair prior to the service, a detangling fee will be added.

Our Service Guarantee

All services are non-refundable. We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience with Julie. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your service, please make us aware at the time of your service. It would be up to Julie’s discretion if there would be an additional charge. Should you change your mind and want something completely other than what was discussed, it would be up to Julie’s discretion regarding the cost.

Lateness

Please keep in mind we maintain a very full schedule. Even one client running late can impact the schedule for the entire day. Please call us and let us know if you are running more than 15 minutes late so we can adjust Julie’s schedule to accommodate you as best as possible, however depending on how late you are, you may have to reschedule your appointment and/or pay a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

We understand your time is valuable and so is ours. Out of respect for Julie and other clients, we request you give us at least 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel an appointment.

A first time a client misses an appointment not within our cancellation policy, a note will be made in your file. All following missed appointments will be charged full amount prior to the service to the credit card on file.

Right to Refuse Service

Julie reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any members of the salon staff.
